Do I need to be available on Design Day?
Yes. You don’t need to be glued to your computer, but you’ll want to keep your phone handy so you can quickly answer questions or give feedback. At the end of the day, we’ll reveal your site and finalize any revisions together.
What platform will my website be built on?
We prefer WordPress because it’s reliable, flexible, and SEO-friendly. However, we can also build your website on other platforms like Squarespace, Kajabi, Kartra, or a platform you already use and prefer.
Just keep in mind that these platforms don’t always offer the same level of flexibility and customization as WordPress, so some features or design options may work a bit differently.
Are there additional costs beyond the package price?
Yes. You’ll need a domain name (around $12–15/year) and hosting (roughly $3/month, billed upfront for multi-year plans). We’ll guide you through setup so everything is ready to go.
Do you provide payment plans?
We require a 50% down payment to begin your project, with the remaining 50% due once your website is completed and ready to launch. For larger packages, we also offer extended installment options upon request—just ask us during booking.
Do you write the copy for my website?
No, but we provide a Website Copywriting Guide to help you write content that converts.
What is included in the local SEO setup?
Local SEO setup includes optimizing your Google Business Profile, ensuring your business shows up in Google Maps and local search results. We’ll also set up directory listings (local citations) that boost your credibility and visibility in your service area.
How do the SEO blog posts work in the premium package?
We create keyword-targeted blog posts around your core services and homeowner FAQs (like “roof repair in [Your City]”). These articles are optimized to rank in search engines, position you as a trusted local expert, and bring in ongoing traffic.
Will my site be optimized for SEO from the start?
Yes. Every site we build includes basic on-page SEO setup, such as meta tags, headings, mobile responsiveness, and fast-loading pages. Higher-tier packages add deeper local SEO strategies and content marketing.
How far in advance should I book my project?
We recommend at least 2 weeks in advance so you have time to gather content (photos, copy, etc.). If you have a deadline, let us know — we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Do I need branding before I start?
Yes, you’ll need at least a logo, colors, and fonts so we can design a cohesive website. If you don’t have branding yet, we can recommend affordable options to get you started.
